First established in 1963 by Ferruccio Morganti our company and its gasket production for heating, valves and faucets is located in Gozzano (Novara), in the middle of the new industrial area, near the quiet Orta Lake. Thanks to high quality products and a 50-year-old experience, the company and its fully equipped production is nowadays renowned as one of the most qualified name in its field.

Logistics and delivery store organization are surely a strategic resource so, we turned a big part of our establishment into a spot delivery area. In this way, we look to offer an even better and careful service, together with the possibility to carry out orders, even in a day.
An entire department is dedicated to gasket mechanical separation. After the cutting process, our washers go through a very careful checking process in order to reduce the presence of any waste piece. In case of special requirements for lot tolerance zero percent defective, we offer a special separation process through Visual Inspection machine.
We believe in a better environment for a better lifestyle. That is reason why we choose ecological, first quality materials, always from selected providers, and take great care in the recycling process.

On an area of 6.000 m2 (3.000 m2 covered by our two establishments) each level of the entire internal production is developed through automatic tools and machines, constantly renewed and controlled by our qualified staff.
Our global quality concept is also defined by our many controls and procedures, as per our UNI EN ISO 9001 certified system. We are always looking for new solutions: our selection now includes shaped sponges and waterproof fabrics for built-in shower system and for packaging, rubber gaskets with Inox mesh, solar thermal application washers and, PVC plan washers for multilayer systems.

Internet opportunities and trade exhibitions brought us to a significant worldwide customer increase. Every 2 years, we take part to Mostra Convegno Expocomfort exhibition in Milan, where our gaskets have been greatly appreciated for their outstanding quality.
